Flame Pharma Pharmaceutical - Technical Product Specialist Job - Ireland: Job Summary Ireland: Salary Negotiable Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading Pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Technical Product Specialist to join their highly skilled and experienced Clinical Chemistry team in their state of the art facilities in Ireland. Due to expansion, this new and exciting opportunity will enable the ideal candidate the exciting opportunity to join this rapidly growing, innovative organisation. This role would require the very best within the Pharmaceutical sector and as a result, the salary, benefits package and autonomous working environment are reflective of this. The Role As a Technical Product Specialist, you will be working actively on solutions of technical issues related to Clinical Chemistry instruments, cooperating in the Corrective Action Process. You will be involved with the processing, investigation and classification of customer complaints and enquiries, liaising with product specialists, the Quality Systems Manager and other in-house groups to resolve any issues and customer complaints. You will be involved with the experimental design and or performance of hands on laboratory studies to aid in problem resolution, communicating any problem resolutions and or investigation outcomes to all appropriate personnel. You will be responsible for the development of processes and procedures to improve troubleshooting efficiency which will involve attendance at customer sites to discuss and resolve issues. You must understand & pro-actively follow through on all relevant procedures & ensure compliance to all standards. You must ensure that enquiries are correctly documented according to Internal SOPs including ensuring that confirmed complaints or reportable events are escalated to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner. You will be involved with the checking and release of new products as well as software and hardware modifications including, where relevant, the preparation, control, validation and release of translation of software and manuals, to include field evaluation in cooperation with Marketing. You will determine and revise spare parts lists, instrument peripherals lists, recommended parts lists and maintenance kits. You will work out proposals to optimize stock situation and ensure that technical documentation is updated on a regular basis. The Person You must possess the capability of team work within the group of specialists as well as in cross-functional groups, providing excellent internal and external customer satisfaction by continually striving to improve service quality. You must be an exceptional team player and be fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with long-range plan objectives. The ability to explain technical issues is essential together with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must have a comprehensive knowledge in any relevant technical field and have a sound knowledge of the English language. (Additional European languages) would be beneficial.
