Job Summary

Ireland: Salary Negotiable Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading Pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Team leader to join their highly skilled and experienced Immunodiagnostics Support team in their state of the art facilities in Ireland. Due to expansion, this new and exciting opportunity will enable the ideal candidate the exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, innovative organisation.

This role would require the very best within the Pharmaceutical sector and as a result, the salary, benefits package and autonomous working environment are reflective of this.

The Role

As a Team Leader within Immunodiagnostics Support, you will be responsible for the Management of the technical product specialists for Immunodiagnostics Analyser, including the motivation of employees and supervision of results. You will be working actively on solutions of technical issues related to Immunodiagnostics instruments to include the checking and release of new products as well as software and hardware modifications, including where relevant field evaluation in cooperation with Marketing.

You will be responsible for the preparation, control, validation and release of translation of software and manuals, including field evaluation, together with the determination and revision of spare parts lists, instrument peripherals lists, recommended parts lists and maintenance kits. It will be your responsibility to work out proposals to optimize stock situation. You will revise technical documentation, including updates on a regular basis, cooperating actively in the Corrective Action Process.

It will be your responsibility for all departmental issues related to Environmental Health & Safety, including to understand and pro-actively follow through on all relevant procedures and to ensure compliance to all standards.

You will posses the capability of team work within the group of specialists as well as in cross functional groups. You must provide excellent internal and external customer satisfaction by continually striving to improve service quality. You will be an exceptional team player and be fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with long range plan objectives. The ability to explain technical issues is essential as are strong interpersonal and communication skills. You must have a comprehensive knowledge in any relevant technical field and have an excellent knowledge of the English language.
