Pharmaceutical - Quality Control Team Leader Job - Ireland (Dublin) Ireland (Dublin): Salary Negotiable Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading Healthcare organisation to appoint an experienced Quality Control Team Leader to join their professional team in Dublin. This new and exciting opportunity will offer the ideal candidate the exciting opportunity to join an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation. The Role: As a Quality Control Team Leader, the successful candidate will have a very important role to play in the Company’s commitment to quality and efficiency in Quality Control operations. The role involves supervision and accountability for the operation of an assigned group on a shift basis within the Quality Control Laboratory. The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Team Leader is to ensure that finished goods and bulk material are tested on a timely basis and in accordance with the shipping schedule and production requirements. The Quality Control Team Leader must demonstrate strong planning and organisational abilities as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They must have a good knowledge of Quality Control and GMP. Other key attributes include good problem solving and leadership skills. The Person: Candidates must possess a qualification to a minimum honours degree level in a relevant chemistry discipline together with proven experience at a management level in an FDA pharmaceutical environment. They must have a good understanding of the relationship between quality and production and be capable of achieving results whilst remaining compliant with relevant GMP regulations. In addition candidates must be proactive in the design and implementation of initiatives for continuous improvement in Laboratory/QC efficiencies and have a proven track record in project management. Previous experience of working to deadlines and budgets and working effectively in a pressurised environment is essential.
