Flame Pharma is working alongside a leading Healthcare organisation to appoint an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join their professional team in Dublin. This new and exciting opportunity will offer the ideal candidate the exciting opportunity to join an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation.

The Role:

As a Quality Control Supervisor the successful candidate will have a very important role to play in the Company’s commitment to quality and efficiency in Quality Control operations. This is a key position, which involves ownership and accountability for the operation of an assigned section within the Quality Control Laboratory, ensuring that materials are tested on a timely basis. This is a challenging results oriented position.

The Person:

Candidates must possess a qualification to a minimum honours degree level in a relevant chemistry discipline together with proven experience at a management level in an FDA pharmaceutical environment. They must have a good understanding of the relationship between quality and production and be capable of achieving results whilst remaining compliant with relevant GMP regulations. In addition candidates must also be proactive in the design and implementation of initiatives for continuous improvement in Laboratory/QualityControl efficiencies and have a proven track record in project management. Previous experience of working to deadlines and budgets and working effectively in a pressurised environment is essential.
